The year that is now drawing to a close has been a very difficult one for all of us, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you for your full understanding of the situation and your spirit of solidarity in supporting, in various forms, the Conservatorio during a particularly adverse period.
The ongoing pandemic situation has not only forced us to cancel most events for several months but has also put a strain on the teaching activities of all three departments, the Music School, the Pre-College, and the University.
Thanks to everyone's constant commitment and willingness not to give up in the face of difficulties, we managed to find new digital teaching methods and new ways of making music together and bringing it into your homes, such as the live streaming of the double concert held last December 7 from an unusually empty Sala Teatro at the LAC in Lugano.

A heartfelt thank you also to all those who, by donating to our Solidarity Fund, have helped our students in serious financial difficulties due to the pandemic. A gesture that is by no means taken for granted and which moves us deeply.
