The University of Music Student Union is the independent student organisation at the institution. It is represented by a committee, elected by the students themselves, whose main purpose is to act as an intermediary between students and the management of the school. Another important role of the Union is to promote the artistic activity of students with the intention of integrating them into the Ticino music scene.
The Union may request a hearing with the Committee of the Board of Trustees provided that the request is submitted by at least 8 members and that the topics to be discussed are clearly stated.
