Account

Staff and students of the Cosnervatorio della Svizzera italiana (CSI) receive different institutional accounts which may be used in order to access a suite of services. The accounts are assigned as follows:

Account management

► Email CSI

For all institutional communications. All Conservatorio teaching staff, as well as all Pre-College (PRE) and University of Music (SUM) students, are assigned and @conservatorio.ch email account.

Password management, Email CSI

 

► CSI Account

For accessing the school’s IT services. All Conservatorio staff, as well as PRE and SUM students receive this account.

  • Purpose: access to PCs, printers, Asimut, Wi-Fi, and the Electronic attendance register

► SUPSI Account

This account is available for authentication purposes for all SUPSI IT services. All teaching staff and students of the SUM are assigned a SUPSI Account.

  • Purpose: iCorsi, MS Teams, Zoom, Microsoft 365 e Wi-Fi SUPSI (among others)

► Switch edu-ID

With this account, it is possible to access all Swiss university services and the catalogue of the Swiss library network.  The account is easy to manage, is user-controlled and offers secure access to academic services. The account can be created at the following link

To access some SUPSI services, such as the sports service, SUM students can set up their own Swithc edu-ID account by following the SUPSI guide (in Italian)

► Email SUPSI

For SUPSI institutional communications and SUPSI system communications. All teaching staff and the SUM student body receive a SUPSI email which automatically forwards messages to the CSI email. For this reason, it is not necessary to manage this account independently.
